RAPIDO EVOLUTION
RAPIDO EVOLUTION represents one of the most advanced systems in our production department.
Thanks to new-generation kinematics and high-dynamic linear axes (up to 1.2 g acceleration), it ensures high performance and reduced cycle times.
The direct-drive processing head operates with an angular speed of 1.5 revolutions/second and an acceleration of 60 rad/s², while the new C-axis (±10 mm stroke, 4 g acceleration) enables extremely responsive and efficient processing.
With an extended operating area (4080 × 1530 × 765 mm), RAPIDO EVOLUTION offers maximum versatility in processing components of various shapes and sizes. The quick tool change system simplifies the transition between cutting and welding, making the process more flexible and continuous.
From a safety perspective, the machine is equipped with the SIPS system (Safe Impact Protection System), which automatically disconnects the head in case of impacts to prevent damage. This allows production to resume in minimal time, reducing machine downtime to a minimum.
