A workshop that has grown with the industry

Our story began in 1994, in the heart of the Ferrara countryside, with a small workshop specializing in cold stamping. Since then, we have followed a path of continuous growth, establishing ourselves in the field of metal carpentry and mechanical constructions.

We are a family-run company that has grown together with those who work with us and have chosen us over the years.

Over time, we decided to abandon less sustainable processes, focusing on innovative technologies, high value-added processes, and an increasingly integrated production structure.

Today, we are an expanding company, with an offer that also includes the internal design and production of agricultural machinery and a complete third-party mechanical assembly service.

Each new challenge is for us a stage in a journey that looks far ahead, without forgetting where we started.

1994

We begin our activity in the cold stamping sector. The first automatic machines mark the start of a path immediately oriented towards precision and production efficiency.

2000

The company moves to its current location: a larger and more functional facility that allows for better structuring of production flows.

2010

The investment in laser technology marks a turning point. The workshop is expanded to accommodate new machinery.

2012

We begin collaborating with OEM clients, offering mechanical processing and third-party assembly services on complex machinery.

2018

The prototype of the Biosarchio, the first Cavalleretti-branded agricultural machine, is born. Tests on various crops mark the company's entry into the world of agricultural equipment.

2020

From experimentation to production: the Cavalleretti line of agricultural machines is officially developed, manufactured entirely within the company, from metalwork to assembly.

2023

The new office area is inaugurated and the production area is further expanded, confirming constant growth and the willingness to invest in spaces, people, and technologies.

Laser cutting is one of the beating hearts of our production: a precise and high-performance technology that allows us to reduce waste and obtain high value-added processes.

In the agricultural sector, we internally design and build technologically advanced equipment, capable of combining robustness, efficiency, and respect for the soil. Some of these solutions are patented and recognized at a national level, testifying to our continuous commitment to innovation.
